The Rancho Santa Barbara Homeowners Association (RSBHOA) was organized in 2001 to be your voice here in the park. The purpose of the corporation is to exercise all powers authorized by law and to keep the residents of Rancho Santa Barbara Mobilehome Park informed of their rights under the Mobilehome Residency Law, the California Civil Code, the Santa Barbara County Rent Stabilization Ordinance and other matters that affect us as a community.  RSBHOA is an incorporated legal entity that respectfully works with RSB owners and management.

Our meetings are held bi-monthly on the first Wednesday beginning in February of each year.  Our annual meeting is held on the fourth Saturday of September and includes the election of Board members and At-large members.  Reports are given by  the President and Treasurer of the association at that time.
